Returns are accepted under the Distance Selling Regulations.
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving them.

- Returned products must be returned undamaged and in it's original packaging.
- Faulty items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- You will be granted a full refund (original item and original postage costs) within 3 working days of the item reaching us.
- If the reason for return is a faulty or incorrect item, return postage will be refunded (up to a maximum of 6.99GBP). If the item is not faulty or incorrect, then returns are at buyers own cost.
- We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 7 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
- Please note, if delivery is attempted 3 times without success, the item is returned to us by the courier. A refund or redelivery request will incur a service charge of £5.99.
