This delicious summery drink is made with the tropical flavours of coconut milk, coconut water, green lemon, sugar, and ice.
There are many versions of this recipe and it can be made watery or like a smoothie just using a blender and ice depending on what your personal preference is!
This drink should be consumed immediately, as the lemon will produce a bitter taste if not drunk immediately.
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 litre of coconut water
- 2 green lemons with skin
- ½ glass of ice cubes
- Sugar to taste

1. Wash the lemons, remove the tips and cut the lemons in four.
2. Add the lemons, coconut water, and coconut milk to the SQ Professional Megablend and blend for approximately 1 minute. Once it is blended strain the mix to remove the lemon peel.
3. Return the mix back to the blender and add the sugar, and ice cubes and blend for a further 1 minute.
As a topping, you can add grated coconut or coconut chips and decorate with a slice of lemon.
