No juicer is needed to make this gorgeous fuschia red juice! All you need is a blender, a nut milk bag (cheesecloth or kitchen towel) and fresh produce! This Blender Beet Juice is made with beets, strawberries, carrots, green apples, clementine, lemon and ginger for a healthy homemade juice the whole family will enjoy with no added sugar!

If you haven't used your blender in a while, go ahead and dust it off and give this homemade juice a try! For the savoury side, we have added beets and carrots. And for the sweet side, we choose green apples, strawberries and clementine. For a little spice and tang, we added some lemon juice and a small piece of fresh ginger.

When blended all together, it's totally fabulous!

    • 2 organic beets (washed)

    • 2 organic carrots (washed and chopped)
