    • 1 medium-sized beetroot (steamed, peeled and cubed)

    • 1 large frozen banana

    • 100g mixed fresh/frozen berries

    • 25g rolled oats

    • 2 tsp chia seeds

    • 1 cup yoghurt (use non-dairy for a vegan alternative)

    • 1 soft date (pitted)

    • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

    • Dash of cinnamon

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
